Eldar Bar

Eldar Bar is an accomplished engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Since January 2012, Eldar Bar has been serving as the Engineering & Operation Group Manager at Cellcom, following a role as Wireline Engineering Networks Team Leader. Prior to this, Eldar Bar worked at 013 Netvision from 2000 to 2012, advancing from Voice Network Engineer and Switch Technician & IN Expert to Voice Network Engineering Manager. Eldar Bar holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Derby, and a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Ariel.
