As a long-time member and board member of the National Investor Relations Institute, Andy is recognized in the industry for expertise in investor communications and corporate development, previously holding senior roles at ICE Data Services and Sycamore Networks. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and an MBA from Boston College.
