Holly Windham

Holly joined Cellebrite in 2025, bringing with her more than 30 years of legal leadership. She has extensive experience in the technology industry including software, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy and public sector contracting.

Most recently she was the Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary for Self Financial, a credit-building platform serving more than 1.7 million customers. Prior to that, she spent several years at Rackspace Technology, a $3B+ global multi-cloud solutions company. During her tenure, she directed the NASDAQ IPO, managed an enterprise M&A – which exceeded $1B – and built comprehensive privacy and regulatory frameworks at scale. She’s also held a variety of deputy general counsel roles at Hewlett- Packard. Prior to HP, Holly was in private practice at the international law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Holly holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a B.A. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
