Ryan Parthemore

Ryan Parthemore is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and digital forensics. Currently serving as Director of Product Management and Director of Enablement for SaaS Solutions at Cellebrite since June 2021, Ryan has also held the role of Director, SaaS Evangelist. As a founding member of Noroc Broadband LLC, established in January 2002, Ryan contributed to the development of a Metro Ethernet WISP in the Harrisburg area. Prior experience includes managing evidence management systems for law enforcement at PD Evidence LLC from August 2011 to June 2021 and leading digital forensics at Cumberland County District Attorney's Office until June 2021. Ryan's career began in law enforcement as a Detective at Upper Allen Township Police Department. Educational credentials include a degree in Information Systems Security focusing on Digital Forensics from American Military University and specialized training in investigative techniques.
