Carly Shields

Carly Shields currently serves as a Site Coordinator at Cellectis, starting in August 2024. Prior to this role, Carly held the position of Scheduling Supervisor at SKAN US, Inc. from August 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining the master service schedule for 30-40 field-based employees across North America, coordinating logistics for calibration testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with FDA and cGMP standards. Earlier experience includes roles at CEI - The Digital Office, where Carly advanced from Service and Administrative Coordinator to Sales and Leasing Coordinator, supporting various sales and service operations and serving as a backup to senior management. Carly began a career in mental health as an ACTT Psychosocial Rehab and Housing Specialist at Carolina Outreach, LLC, providing in-home treatment for clients with severe mental illness and facilitating access to housing resources. Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University, earned in 2015.
