Professor Bertil E. Lindmark MD

Lindmark is a physician and drug-development executive who serves as Chief Medical Officer at Vicore Pharma AB. Earlier in Lindmark's career, Lindmark was Chief Medical Officer at Galecto, Inc. (2020–2023) and at eTheRNA Immunotherapies (2018–2020), and Chief Scientific Officer at ASLAN Pharmaceuticals (2015–2016). Lindmark also held leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including VP and Head of Clinical Division in Japan (2009–2011), and was Professor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Medicine, Gothenburg University (2019–2023). Lindmark earned an MD and a PhD from Lund University and completed the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD in 2009, and currently serves on the boards of ALK (since 2021) and Cellevate AB (since 2019) and chairs AQILION AB (since 2022).
