Brian Graves

Brian Graves has been working in the technical support field since 2007. Brian began their career at ADT as a Tech 1 Plus. In 2014, they moved to MONI Smart Security as a Customer Technical Support, where they were responsible for utilizing excellent listening, probing, and analytical skills to identify the customer's technical issues, as well as programming and testing new sensors over the phone and through alarm.com. In 2015, they joined Protection 1 Security Solutions as a Technical Support Rep 1, where they were responsible for assisting customers and field technicians with technical questions and assisting field technicians with programming and wiring questions. In 2017, they moved to Alert 360 as a Technical Support Representative. Most recently, they have been working at CellGate Access Control Systems as a Technical Support Specialist since 2019.

Brian Graves attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1993 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
