With a strong background in project management and quality assurance, Mark has previously led teams at FedEx and ARGO Data Resource Corporation, successfully driving initiatives that enhanced operational efficiencies and product quality. Mark has also collaborated extensively with the University of Texas at Dallas on AI research, nurturing the next generation of software engineering professionals.
