Noel Gouldin

Noel Gouldin has extensive experience in the business world. In 1995, they began working at WebLink Wireless as Vice President of Marketing. In 2002, they joined the state board of Better Marriages: Assoc. for Couples in Marriage Enrichment. In 2005, they founded and became President of CellGate Access Control Systems, which uses the Internet of Things (IoT) for security applications in areas not accessible to wired Internet.

Noel Gouldin attended Texas A&M University from 1973 to 1977.
