Federico Testarella

Federico Testarella currently serves as the Group CEO at Celli Group and is also a Business Angel Member at Angels4Impact, where Federico participates in activities such as networking, selection, and mentoring of innovative Italian and European startups. With a background in various leadership roles at Coesia S.p.A, including CEO of Consumer Markets Solutions Division and ACMA, Federico has extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and corporate strategy. Prior to their current roles, Federico worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, General Management, and Strategy from INSEAD. Federico earned their degree in Engineering, Mechanical from Sapienza Università di Roma.
