Julius Haight

Julius Haight has extensive work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Julius is currently employed as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at CELLINK since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aurobay (Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB) from January 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the development and delivery of piston system parts, acting as the main contact between internal teams and part suppliers. Julius also has experience at Volvo Cars, where they worked as a Component responsible/design engineer from April 2017 to January 2020. During this time, they oversaw the development and delivery of piston system parts and served as the central connecting point between various teams. Before that, they held the position of Design engineer at Volvo Cars engine development from December 2014 to March 2017. In this role, they primarily focused on CAD work with diesel cylinder heads. Julius also briefly worked as a Teknisk konsult at Rücker Nord from March 2014 to December 2014.

Julius Haight started their education in 2008 at the University of Gothenburg, where they pursued a degree in Sjukgymnastik. However, they did not complete their bachelor's degree and left the university in 2010. Subsequently, they enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology and studied Maskinteknik. Julius successfully completed their studies in 2013 and obtained a Kandidatexamen degree.
