Nadia Peerboom

Nadia Peerboom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nadia currently works at CELLINK as a Technical Project Manager, where they lead major product development projects and ensures project timelines and budgets are met. Nadia also functions as a Product Owner, responsible for defining and prioritizing tasks for the development team. Prior to their current roles, Nadia worked as an R&D Engineer at CELLINK, focused on the development and testing of live-cell microscope optics.

Before joining CELLINK, Nadia was a PhD Student at Chalmers University of Technology, where they conducted research from 2014 to 2018. Nadia also held a role as a Project Employee at Université de Namur from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, Nadia gained experience as a Science and Language Teacher at KAP - Kulturelle Aktion und Präsenz VoG from 2011 to 2012. Nadia also completed a Student Internship at KTH in 2011.

In their earlier professional years, Nadia worked as a Student Job at FOD Financiën - SPF Finances from 2007 to 2008. Overall, Nadia Peerboom has a strong background in technical project management, research, and development, with a focus on biotechnology and bio-convergence.

Nadia Peerboom has a strong educational background in the fields of bioscience and physics. Nadia obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Bioscience from Chalmers University of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Nadia completed their Master's degree in Physics at Université de Namur from 2010 to 2012. During their master's studies, they also had a short-term educational experience in Engineering Physics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2011.

Before their master's studies, Nadia earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Université de Namur, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Nadia'searly educational journey began at Königliches Athenäum Eupen KAE, where they completed their secondary school education with a focus on Science and Mathematics from 2001 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Nadia has obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. Nadia achieved the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2022. Nadia also holds the Jira Fundamentals Badge, which they obtained from Atlassian in March 2022.
