Jason Conner

Jason Conner is a corporate strategy and governance professional who currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Kiniciti. They serve on the boards of Cellistic (since 2022) and Ncardia (since 2021), and are involved with WCAS Pharma Value Chain at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (since 2024). Previously, Conner held senior roles including Group Vice President, Strategy and General Counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific (2017–2021) and Vice President, Global Legal & Chief Corporate Counsel at Patheon Inc. (2010–2017). Earlier in their career, they chaired the Board of Directors at Learning2Thrive (ARCPP) from 2002 to 2007.
