Stephen Su has worked in a variety of positions in the life sciences industry since 2002. Stephen began their career as a Research Assistant at Heyer Lab at UC Davis, where they prepared DNA and protein samples for electrophoresis, enzyme analysis, PCR, ELISA, and MS-GC, as well as qualified, calibrated, and carried out routine maintenance of laboratory equipment. In 2008, they moved on to become a Preclinical Research Scientist at TetraQ, where they performed genotoxicity assays and reviewed and reported preclinical data. In 2011, they became a Technology Analyst at Bio-Link Australia Pty. Ltd., where they identified opportunities in which the introduction of Dx and personalized medicine solutions can provide competitive advantage or life-cycle management for in-market products. In 2013, they became a Product Manager at Aspira Scientific, where they implemented the commercialization of new products and services, and provided cross-functional support for partners and internal company functions. Finally, in 2016, they became a Product Manager and Clinical Operations Manager at CellMax Life, where they managed product lines of oncology clinical tests and was responsible for the daily administrative requirements, coordinating and management of a multi-site clinical study for FDA approval.
Stephen Su completed their Doctorate in Biotechnology from The University of Queensland in 2013. Stephen had previously obtained their Masters in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The University of Queensland in 2008. Stephen'sBachelor of Science in Microbiology was completed at the University of California, Davis in 2003.
