CellMosaic®, Inc. is a pioneering leader in bioconjugation and crosslinking technologies. Founded in 2008 by Dr. Huang, a technological entrepreneur with profound interest and experience in the conjugation field, CellMosaic® has devoted significant research efforts to developing advanced conjugation processes that emphasize controlled, site-specific, and single labeling methods. These processes can generate single-ratio conjugates with over 90% purity. 

Based on these technologies, CellMosaic® has built a successful custom conjugation service business, delivering more than 500 projects and 300 unique conjugates (as of March 2023) to customers across various fields. In late 2016, CellMosaic® began commercializing personalized™ conjugation kits (PerKit™) based on these conjugation processes. By Dec. 2017, the PerKit™ product line expanded to include antibody drug conjugate (ADC) and protein drug conjugate (PDC) kits, allowing customers to prepare high-quality conjugates in-house comparable to those made at CellMosaic®. 

Additionally, CellMosaic® has pioneered the use of sugar alcohol (SA) monomers to chemically assemble a new class of crosslinking reagents and polymer carriers called AqueaTether® (AqT®), designed for conjugation and drug delivery. We have also developed several other key technologies, including oxLink™ and sxLink™ for studying protein–protein interactions, and NeIon™ technologies for the detection and quantitation of trace analytes via mass spectrometry. These technologies are now being incorporated into products for R&D purposes.
