Cello was founded in 2004 with the goal of simplifying and optimizing the driving experience, making it convenient, smart, and efficient. Our vision is to combine innovation and advanced technology to deliver an optimal user experience in parking and mobility, with a focus on driver services.

We began as pioneers in the parking sector with one of the world’s first payment apps. Today, hundreds of thousands of users in Israel enjoy our app and services every month. The app consolidates a wide range of mobility services: on-street parking and parking lot payments, car washes, electric vehicle charging and refueling, roadside assistance and towing, tire repairs, and more – all in one place, convenient and easy to use.

In parallel with our consumer app, we develop dedicated platforms and services for parking operators, EV providers, municipalities, as well as business clients. For the business market, we created our flagship platform, "Cello All In", which helps organizations manage fleet-related payments easily and efficiently. The platform centralizes all fleet services, enables real-time control and monitoring, streamlines processes, reduces bureaucracy, and delivers significant financial and operational savings.

Our headquarters and development center are located in Israel. The development center is the core of Cello’s innovation, where we create unique services, some powered by AI, enhancing the user experience both in the consumer app and across our business platforms.
