Karin Dassen

Karin Dassen has extensive experience in human resources and coaching, currently serving as HR Partner for Learning and Development at Cello since June 2006. Karin has held various roles at Cello, including Trainer, EQ-i assessor, supervisor, casemanager, and both coordinating and personal begeleider. In addition, Karin operates a private practice, Karin Dassen Supervisie & Coaching, as a Supervisor and systemisch coach since September 2020. Karin served as a Trainer at Opleidingscentrum Cello from September 2018 to September 2022. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work from HAN University of Applied Sciences and ongoing studies at Academie voor Systemisch Werk, with prior education at Friesland College.
