Willem Kusters

Willem Kusters is a Data Scientist at Hibis since August 2019, where the focus is on providing users with a self-service BI solution featuring dynamically adjustable reports related to internal control, finance, care production, and various information sources from healthcare institutions. Since February 2022, Willem has also worked as an Interim BI Developer and Information Management Advisor at Cello. Prior experience includes working as an Advisor at Decura BV from August 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities involved establishing and implementing internal control measures for healthcare institutions with revenues ranging between €100,000 and €40 million. Willem holds a Master’s degree in Data Science and Society with a focus on Health & Business from Tilburg University, achieved in August 2022, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the same university. Additional academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp and a VWO with a specialization in Nature and Technology along with Economics from Augustinianum.
