Brendan Cleary

Brendan Cleary has a diverse work experience, primarily within the telecommunications industry. Brendan started their career at Cellusys in 2009 as a Software Engineer, where they developed telecommunication systems for Mobile Network Operators. Brendan was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer, taking on a more senior role in the product life-cycle.

In 2013, Brendan transitioned into a role as a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing two of Cellusys' Tier 1 customers in the Middle East and Asia. This role required strong customer interaction, cultural sensitivity, and technical competence. Brendan also served as the General Manager for the Asia Pacific region, where they successfully established a new subsidiary, Cellusys ASIA.

In 2016, Brendan was appointed as the Product Director at Cellusys, taking on a more strategic role in shaping the company's product offerings. Most recently, they became the Chief Executive Officer in August 2020, leading the overall management and growth of the company.

Prior to joining Cellusys, Brendan had a junior developer placement at the company during their third year of university. Before that, they worked as a Lab Tutor at Dublin City University, mentoring first-year students in programming.
