Matthew Vincent

Matthew Vincent is a Technical Support Engineer at NDSL since January 2021, with experience in military and retail technology roles. Since March 2014, Vincent has served in the US Army, holding positions including Platoon Leader, SMP Cadet, and Information Technology Specialist, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting military computer systems, networks, hardware, and software. Prior experience includes working as a Geek Squad Consultant Agent at Best Buy and serving as a Student Technology Assistant at East Carolina University. Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University, graduating in 2019.
