Tom Griffiths

Tom Griffiths is an experienced project manager and derivatives trader with a strong background in financial markets and trading solutions. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Celoxica since May 2022, Tom specializes in high-frequency trading implementations for Tier 1 institutions. Previous roles include managing a large software migration project at Ocorian and overseeing regulatory work streams at Link Asset Services. Tom's trading experience spans multiple years, working as a derivatives trader at firms such as Arjun Capital Limited, Positive Equity, and Saxon Financial, where responsibilities included trading oil futures and pan-European equity markets. Tom began a career in finance as a Junior Inter Dealer Broker at ACI, gaining experience in brokering sales of agricultural commodities. Tom holds a background in Economics from Portsmouth University.
