Marc Griffiths is an accomplished quality and continuous improvement manager with extensive experience at Celsa Steel UK since August 2004. In various leadership roles, including Quality Manager, Head of Scrap Handling, and Continuous Improvement Manager, Marc has successfully developed and implemented projects across the organization, notably creating the SBT competence training system. As Process Manager, responsibilities included performance analysis and improvement actions, mentoring multiple projects related to KPIs. Earlier roles included Roll Shop & Planning Engineer and TQM Analyst, where Marc played a pivotal role in implementing Total Quality Management initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BEng(Hons) in Manufacturing Engineering from Cardiff University and a BTEC NC & HNC in Mechatronic Engineering from Carmarthenshire College of Technology & Art.
