Ron D.

Ron D. currently serves as General Counsel and Head of M&A at Celsius since March 2021. Prior to this role, Ron was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from July 2016 to March 2021, and also held the position of Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2014 to July 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Associate positions at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Yehuda Raveh & Co. Ron has been a Board Member of the Israeli American Council since March 2014, contributing to the mission of strengthening the Israeli-American community. Academic credentials include an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the College of Management Academic Studies School of Law.
