Ron Deutsch

Ron Deutsch is the current General Counsel and Head of M&A at Celsius. Prior to joining Celsius, Deutsch was a Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from July 2016 to March 2021. Ron also served as a Board Member at the Israeli American Council (IAC) from March 2014 to March 2021. The mission of the IAC is to build an engaged and united Israeli-American community that strengthens our next generations, the American Jewish community, and the State of Israel. Prior to their work at the IAC, Deutsch was a Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2014 to July 2016. Ron also served as Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from July 2006 to January 2014. Prior to their work at Akin Gump, Deutsch was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from September 2002 to June 2006. Ron began their career as an Associate at Yehuda Raveh & Co. from July 1999 to July 2001.

Ron Deutsch studied at Boyer High School before completing their Bachelor of Laws - LLB at the College of Management Academic Studies School of Law. Ron then went on to study for their LL.M. in Law (Corporate Law) at New York University School of Law.
