Emily Spidle

Emily Spidle has a diverse work experience across different industries. Emily started their career as a Financial Planning Intern at Bigelow Investment Advisors in February 2015 and later worked as a Legislative Intern at U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer from September to November 2015. In 2016, they joined Delphis Eco as an HR & Marketing Intern for three months. Emily then transitioned into the field of Human Resources, working as an HR & Office Manager at Celtra from November 2017 to January 2019. Emily subsequently became a Human Resources Administrator at Celtra from February 2019 to January 2021, followed by a promotion to Human Resources Operations Specialist from February 2021 to August 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Lead, Human Resources Operations at Celtra since August 2023.

Emily Spidle attended Union College from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science, with Honors. In 2016, they also studied abroad at CEA CAPA Education Abroad. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University (year unspecified) and an HR Generalist Certificate from HRCERTIFICATION.COM SEMINARS, LLC (obtained in 2020).
