Jon Premik

Jon Premik is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Celtra since July 2023, Jon previously spent a decade at OUTFIT7, where roles progressed from Senior Software Engineer to Director of Technology/Engineering. In this capacity, Jon directed the technology team in developing successful games and implemented processes that enhanced efficiency and user retention. Expertise includes managing teams of software engineers and QA professionals, leading backend development, and working extensively with Google Cloud Platform. Jon holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Ljubljana.
