Lea Jenič

Lea Jenič is an HR and Talent Acquisition professional with experience in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding in international environments. They served as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Celtra, where they undertook various HR responsibilities including onboarding and performance management. Lea also completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a MicroMasters in Organizational Psychology from the University of Canterbury. With a passion for continuous learning, they aim to expand their expertise into broader HR roles.
