Sonia Maltez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and workforce development. Since January 2021, Sonia has served as the Human Resources Manager at Celtrade Canada Inc., following a similar role at Apollo Health and Beauty Care from September 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, Sonia worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at IG Machine & Fibers Ltd. and held multiple HR positions at IKO Industries, including Corporate HR Generalist and Corporate Health & Safety Auditor for Eastern North America. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in HR Law for HR Professionals from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University.
