Debra Makris

Debra Makris, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr. Manager at Celularity Inc. since March 2018, with prior roles including Assoc. Manager and Sr. HR Specialist. At Celgene from December 2011 to February 2018, Debra held the position of Sr. HR Specialist and contributed as Global Compensation Administrator and Executive Recruiting Representative, focusing on high-level candidate care in dynamic environments. Earlier experience includes Sr. HR Recruiting Representative at Dendreon, where metrics reporting and system implementation were key responsibilities, and Recruiting Coordinator at Schering-Plough Research Institute, providing critical data and reporting during a merger.
