Branigan Baeta

Branigan Baeta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as a Trainee Accountant / SAICA Article Clerk at PKF International, where they worked from 2003 to 2005. Subsequently, they joined Indlovukazi Recruitment in 2006 and held various roles, including Recruitment - General Manager and Talent Acquisition & HR Advisory Consultant. In these positions, Branigan was responsible for managing recruitment operations, developing and implementing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with governmental legislation. They also implemented data-driven recruitment approaches to optimize the hiring process and attract top talent. Most recently, Branigan joined CELUS in 2022 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, they contribute to the development of an online software solution for building embedded systems and utilize automation and artificial intelligence to generate schematics, software code, and other technical elements.

Branigan Baeta completed their education with a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Bond University in the year 2001. In 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce Honours (BCom - Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Prior to their tertiary education, Branigan Baeta attended St Benedict's College from 1989 to 1999, completing their Matric. Additionally, in March 2023, Branigan Baeta obtained a certification in "Leading with a Growth Mindset" from LinkedIn.
