Lada Gladchenko

Lada Gladchenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lada currently holds the position of Engineering Manager at CELUS since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Noveo Group as a Senior Project Manager from January 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they managed the execution and launch of web and mobile projects for European clients, as well as coordinated the work of multiple teams.

Before Noveo Group, Lada worked as a Project Manager at GoMage from November 2017 to January 2019 and at Anserem from April 2017 to October 2017. At Nokia, they held multiple roles including Bid Manager from January 2016 to March 2017 and June 2015 to December 2015. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the preparation of complex offers, leading bid teams, and coordinating all bid activities. Lada also served as a Personal Assistant to the Director of the Pre-Sales Department from October 2013 to May 2015.
