Daniel Avila

Daniel Avila is the Head of Legal - Global at CELYA S.A.S., where they focus on corporate law, commercial matters, and cross-border expansion. With a background in mergers and acquisitions, they have experience in private law, particularly in contract analysis, drafting, and corporate structuring. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad del Rosario, along with a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the same institution, and has complemented their education with courses in American Contract Law at Yale University. Prior to their current role, Daniel worked as a Corporate Associate at GAMBOA, GARCÍA, ROLDÁN & CO and completed a pro bono internship at Baker McKenzie.
