Bill Goodloe

Bill Goodloe has over 38 years of experience in the construction and materials industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at CEMEX since October 1997. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions including Technical Services Manager and Quality Control Manager at Kirkpatrick Concrete from 1987 to 1997, and Project Manager at R & S Materials, as well as Engineering Geologist at Bhate Engineering. Bill obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology/Earth Science from Auburn University, where studies were completed from 1979 to 1984.
