Cody Beard

Cody Beard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and agricultural operations. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at CEMEX since October 2021, Cody previously held multiple managerial roles at Florida Crystals, including Ag Shops Manager, where oversight of an $18M capital budget and a $10M operating budget was key. Other roles at Florida Crystals included Manager of Precision Agriculture and Agricultural Systems Manager, focusing on advanced GPS technology and agricultural database management. Prior experience includes working as a GIS Analyst II at Louisiana State University and an Engineering Technician at Wojcieszak and Associates. Cody holds an MBA in Project Management from LSU Shreveport, a B.S. in Geography and Cartography from Florida Atlantic University, and an AAS in Engineering from Indian River State College.
