Dave Carter

Dave Carter is an experienced safety and operations professional with a robust background in the ready-mix concrete industry. Currently serving as a Safety Manager at CEMEX since September 2004, Dave has dedicated nearly two decades to enhancing operational safety standards. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Operations Manager at RMC from June 2002 to September 2004 and began a career in the industry as a Batch Plant Operator at Chandler Ready Mix from March 2000 to June 2002, also working as a Ready Mix Driver. Education was received in Queen Creek.
