David Logan is the Chief U.S. Economist at CEMEX, having previously served as a Senior Economist and Director of Tax and Trade Policy Analysis at the National Association of Home Builders from 2017 to 2024. With over 10 years of experience in applied economics, data analysis, and strategy consulting, David has worked with both public and private sector clients. They have contributed as an Economist and Budget Analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Senior Economist with the United States Congress Joint Economic Committee. David holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Applied Economics.
