Eric Neumann

Eric Neumann is a Corporate Counsel at CEMEX since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, leases, and tax-related legal matters. Prior to this role, Eric served as an Attorney at Shutts & Bowen LLP, where representation included sellers, purchasers, lenders, landlords, and tenants. Previous positions include Associate at Mombach, Boyle, Hardin & Simmons, P.A., and Student Attorney at Villanova University School of Law Federal Tax Clinic. Eric's legal career began with various roles, including Law Clerk, Legal Intern, and summer positions, providing a strong foundation in corporate law and tax matters. Eric earned a Doctor of Law degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University.
