Fernando Reiter

Fernando Reiter serves as the Chair of the Board Finance Committee and a Board Member at Trinidad Cement Limited since August 2021. With a long tenure at CEMEX beginning in June 2009, Fernando holds multiple titles including Corporate Financing Director and Treasurer for USA Operations, contributing to the oversight of treasury operations for a major subsidiary and leading a team responsible for significant cash flows. Key achievements include developing strategic financial plans to manage pension liabilities, implementing successful risk hedging initiatives, and negotiating extensive debt agreements. Prior roles at CEMEX included Corporate Financing and Capital Markets Manager as well as International Financing Manager, where Fernando orchestrated major refinancing efforts and enhanced the company’s debt strategy. Fernando Reiter holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Humanistic and Social Studies from Universidad de Monterrey.
