Gaby Cantu is the Procurement Director for South, Central America, and the Caribbean at CEMEX, where they lead supply-chain strategies and negotiations to optimize cost and service efficiency. Gaby has an extensive background in material logistics and sourcing, with significant roles at companies such as GE Healthcare and Honeywell, where they managed substantial budgets and achieved notable savings. They hold an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey and have furthered their expertise with an executive education in sustainability leadership from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Additionally, Gaby is pursuing certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
