Hernan Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the concrete and construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services for the West Region and previously for Ready-Mixed Concrete North America at CEMEX since September 2007. Prior to this, Hernan held the position of Products Manager at CEMEX Venezuela from 2005 to 2007, overseeing the QA/QC, ISO 9000, R&D, environmental, and raw material processes for ready-mixed plants. Earlier in Hernan's career, from 1990 to 1995, project management responsibilities were undertaken at Geotecnica de Venezuela. Hernan earned a Master's degree in Engineering from Northwestern University in 1998.
