Joanna Pine

Joanna Pine is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at CEMEX since March 2019, Joanna previously held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner for Northern California and Northern Nevada. Joanna's earlier experience at Teichert included the role of Human Resources Labor Relations Manager. Joanna also dedicated nearly a decade to CEMEX in various HR roles, including Human Resource Business Partner, Recruiting Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing recruitment, hiring processes, and benefits management for collective bargaining agreements. Prior to CEMEX, Joanna worked as a Recruiter at Genuine Parts Company, managing recruitment and onboarding for multiple retail stores. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from California State University, Chico.
