Keith Bowen

Keith Bowen is an experienced area manager with a significant background in sand and silica industries. Currently employed at CEMEX since December 2014, Keith has held multiple leadership positions, including Area Manager and Brooksville Quarry Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Special Projects/Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager at E.R. Jahna Industries, where responsibilities included managing a 600k ton per year operation with two suction dredges. Keith's tenure at Standard Sand & Silica Co. involved managing various projects across multiple states, while previous roles at Rinker Materials included overseeing large-scale plants with high annual production capacities. Keith began a career in fabrication and maintenance at Standard Sand & Silica Co. from 1986 to 1998. Educationally, Keith holds an Associate Degree in Computer Engineering from the TTI Institute and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 1986.
