Kim Williams

Kim Williams, MM-HRM, has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, with a career spanning over two decades at CEMEX. Since June 2003, Kim has held various roles, culminating in the position of Human Resources Director, responsible for overseeing 13 locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and managing 454 employees across multiple collective bargaining agreements. Previously, Kim also served as a Payroll Supervisor, managing in-house payroll operations for multiple companies, ensuring compliance with complex payroll regulations, and leading audits. Kim's expertise is underpinned by a Master's degree in Business Management with an emphasis in HR Management from the University of the Pacific.
