Luis Gutierrez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and financial systems. Since 1995, Luis has served as the Internal Control Manager at CEMEX, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive model of operational risk internal assessment and reporting to the Audit Committee. Additionally, Luis has held the position of CEMEX Way Leader, focusing on the design, evaluation, and implementation of accounting information systems, and has designed and implemented systems for financial reporting consolidation and adaptation to international accounting principles.
