Rick Primeaux

Rick Primeaux is a results-driven professional with 29 years of specialized experience in the design, production, and placement of Portland cement concrete, hot mix asphalt, and aggregate materials. Currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at CEMEX since 2018, Rick has previously held roles as a Project Manager at Twining, Inc. and Hardy and Harper, Inc., as well as Senior Project Manager at G3 Quality. With a strong focus on quality control and project management, Rick is adept at leading integrated project delivery and is known for expertise in laboratory mix designs and contract management. Rick is also pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
