Rob Greenfield

Rob Greenfield has extensive experience in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at CEMEX since February 2008, after holding the position of Technical & Operational Training Manager. Prior to this role, Rob was the Technical Training Manager at RMC Readymix from February 2003 to January 2008. Rob's career in training began at RMC Group Services as Training Supervisor from December 1997 to March 2003, and previously at RMC (Wales) LTD in roles that included Technical Lab Supervisor and Product & Data Technician from November 1988 to November 1997. Rob holds qualifications from the Institute of Training & Occupational Learning (ITOL) and the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT), completing studies between 2004 and 2006.
