Wael Labib is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in condition monitoring and maintenance management. Currently serving as Maintenance Director at CEMEX since September 2006, Wael has previously held roles as Mechanical Maintenance Manager, Administration Maintenance Manager, and Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Coordinator, where responsibilities included vibration analysis for rotating equipment, oil analysis follow-up, and troubleshooting. Prior to CEMEX, Wael worked at MIDOM as a Predictive Maintenance Engineer, focusing on condition monitoring. Wael holds a B.Sc. in Production Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering.
