Diego M Castro is a neurologist with a strong focus on cognitive neurology, behavioral neurology, and neuropsychology, particularly in relation to Alzheimer’s disease. They have been a member of the Neurología del Comportamiento y Neurociencias Cognitivas at the Sociedad Neurológica Argentina since 2010 and currently serve as a full professor of neurology in the Physical Therapy program at IUC. Additionally, they held the position of principal investigator at CEMIC from 2021 to 2023, focusing on clinical trials for Alzheimer’s while also coordinating the Cognitive Neurology area there. Diego has been involved in academia as an assistant professor of medicine at the Instituto Universitario CEMIC since 2009 and served as an associate professor of aphasiology at the Universidad del Salvador from 2011 to 2017. Diego earned their medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, graduating in 2001.
