Horacio Bignon

Horacio Bignon is currently the President of the Asociación Civil Argentina de Cirugía Pediátrica and serves as the Chief of the Pediatric Surgery Department at CEMIC, where they are engaged in clinical, teaching, and research activities. They completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery under Dr. Martinez Ferro at the Hospital Privado de Niños Fundación Hospitalaria from 2001 to 2005. With a substantial background in pediatric surgery, Horacio worked as a pediatric surgeon at Sanatorio Sagrado Corazón from 2009 to 2014 and held positions at the Hospital de Niños Ricardo Gutiérrez from 1999 to 2009. They earned their medical degree from Universidad Nacional de Tucumán between 1984 and 1993.
