Leticia Vignoli

Leticia Vignoli is a consultative lawyer specializing in corporate law, regulatory issues, and corporate governance. They currently serve as a member of the fiscal council at the Associação Brasileira de Companhias de Energia Elétrica and as the Manager of Corporate Law and New Business at CEMIG. Previously, Leticia held key positions, including the Legal Manager at GASMIG and Superintendent of Legal Affairs for Strategic Businesses at Cemig. They hold multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA in Economic Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master’s in Business Law from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos. Leticia has actively participated in significant national and international corporate transactions throughout their career.
